Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The City and Borough of Juneau has published a voter guide for the October municipal election online.
The booklet, which can be found here, outlines the races and ballot propositions voters can decide during the Oct. 6 election.
In light of the potential exposure of voters and staff to COVID-19 from voting at crowded polling places, the CBJ Assembly has called for the election to be conducted using a vote-by-mail process.
Each year, the City and Borough of Juneau holds a Regular Municipal Election on the first Tuesday of October to elect members of the Assembly and School Board and to decide on a variety of ballot propositions.
