
Ketchikan, Alaska (KINY) - Robert Chamberlain, 49, was sentenced to 25 years in prison this week for two felony charges.
Court records show Chamberlain entered a plea of guilty to two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first-degree.
A charge of assault in the fourth degree was dismissed.
Chamberlain was arrested last March after an investigation by Alaska State Troopers.
Few details were released in the case. The victim was a 15-year-old girl.
The child's mother reported the allegations.
